  • Lead a multi-year initiative to transition over 500 Cigna employees and consultant to the Experience-Led framework. Partnered with Cigna's Agile Transformation Office (CATO) to design Cigna's agile structures and implement a solution train consisting of 6 release trains, 7 system teams and over 45 agile teams, scrum and KANBAN. After 2 years of practice the majority of Core Systems teams and programs designated as either Gold or Silver.
  • Lead a matrixed team of agile coaches, data analyst and agile practitioners responsible for planning and implanting the organizations Agile Maturity Roadmap.
  • Championed the creation of several role based communities of practice (Cop) including Scrum Master, Release Train Engineers, Solution Train Engineers, and Product Managers/Product Owners. Partner with coaches and role based CoP representatives to define standards and best practices.
